The company has a ve member board of directors. Mr Ko Addai-Boabeng Busiah is the Managing Director of the company and has steered the company into great strides in its short years making the satisfaction of its clients the company’s main preoccupation. Mr Frank Owusu Ansah is a Chartered Accountant and a Tax Consultant and serves as the Technical Director. The operations and monitoring department of the company is being supervised by Mr. Philip Ofori. A Chartered Accountant, Mr Ernest Yeboah is the Director of Finance for the company.
Mr Kofi Addai-Boabeng Busiah (Managing Director)
Kofi is the Managing Director of PBL. Kofi is a French scholar with Economics background. He holds MA in International Affairs from Legon Centre for International Affairs and Diplomacy, (LECIAD), University of Ghana with special interest in international trade. Before acquiring his master’s degree, he obtained BA French (Economics minor) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi and Teachers’ Certificate “A” from Mt Mary College of Education, Somanya. Besides these, Kofi has acquired a professional certificate from the Ghana Institute of Consultants and now a practicing Consultant. Kofi is a top brass commodities trader and has a top-notch upper hand in marketing with several years of experience as Sales and Business Development Manager at Vulcan Natural Resources Limited, Sector Manager at Federated Commodities Company Limited (FEDCO), the Standard Chartered Bank, N-Power, London in UK and Harveys Furnishing in the UK among others.
Mrs Grace Asuako Boanuh (Director of Operations & Marketing)
Grace holds MBA Banking and BA in Business Studies from University of Wales, UK. Prior to these, she acquired Higher National Diploma in Marketing (HND) from Koforidua Polytechnic. Grace is Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana (CIM-G), Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK (CIM), Associate Member ACIM, UK, Chartered Institute of Marketing, Chartered CPD Programme (CIM), UK, Professional Diploma in Marketing (CIM), UK, Professional Certificate in Marketing (CIM), UK Grace is a professional marketer and has served in various capacities and offices to espouse her marketing skills. She serves as an Assistant Marketing Manager at Wilmar Africa Ltd, where she mainly supervises all the marketing activities of the company including the gathering of industrial trends and general competitive intelligence and managing marketing communication including advertising, PR, below the line media, event, and online as well as following market trends in the FMCG sector. She worked as an intern at Gulf House Branch of Agricultural Development Bank and as a customer service personnel at Ghanadour Cosmetic Company Limited. Accra and the Ministry of Tourism, Accra – Ghana. Again, Grace worked as Customer Service Manager, Ashley Centre Car Park, Epsom, Surrey-UK
Mr Ernset Yeboah: Financial Director
Mr. Ernest Yeboah is the Financial Director of PBL. He holds MBA in Finance from Tel-Aviv University in Israel and BSc Business Administration (Accounting) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science Technology, Kumasi. He also holds Financial Markets Certificate from Yale University on Coursera and Doing Business in India Certificate from S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Research. Ernest is a Certified Professional Chartered Accountant, holds an ICA-G Certificate and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. Ernest is a highly motivated and result oriented accounting and financial professional with over six (6) years’ experience in accounting and business. He worked as a Budgeting and Financial Reporting Consultant to the Local Government, an Accounts Officer, a Financial and a Management Consultant for both local and international businesses. He has also represented some international businesses in Ghana. Currently, he has an oversight responsibility as the Finance Officer in Business Development at Super-Tech Limited (STL) and the Managing Partner at Ernstben Company Limited (Financial and Management Consultancy firm).
Mr Daniel Agyei Domfeh (Dd) Financial Engineering Advisor & Country Representative (Us)
Daniel is an Investment Banker with expertise in Equity Investment, Co-financing, and Foreign Direct Investment Mobilization. He has passion for business development and believes that the innovation of mass demand driven product and transparency is key to business success. He is a working professional in the banking industry with ten years (10) of experience. He is a management and financial consultant and currently works at J.P. Morgan Chase, Columbus, Ohio – US as a CCB Specialist II in Customer Service and Dispute. He worked as a Treasury Manager at Beige Bank which was formally of Beige Capital Microfinance and in fact, he was one of the brain behind the setting up of Beige Bank where he served as one of the conduits for raising funds both locally and internationally for the bank. He also worked as a branch Manager of GN Bank then First National Savings and Loans. He was very phenomenal and contributed immensely towards the company’s journey to becoming a bank. He is a certified Risk Manager, Certified Project Manager, and a Certified Management Consultant.
